the lion's roaring

end of the yr = periods when the chairman aka the lion king will begin his extensive roaring exhibition. the kecut perut bila dengar roars can sometimes be heard along the corridors, on the phone and *tsk, tsk* in some poor bacinz's room or cubicle.

and during dis period too, we poor, lowly and underpaid but overworked slaves will receive the 'berita sedih'. construction industry's not doing good, economy's not stable, need to save for rainy days and more crap. and after which, we will see the directors parading around wif their sparkling new toys. jags, mercs, bmws and lexuses will line the carpark. no profit, my foot!

year in, year out we hear dis 'sad news' and they, nikampoots, expect us to be touched and understand their plight. oohh sirs, we're so sad until we're drained of our tears. bloody hell! rainy days have come and go in dis firm and still no good news. saving for hurricane, typhoon or earthquake sirs?

and the best part is, listen to dis aye? the chairman's son = bacinz who can't even wipe his hingus properly has been promoted to associate director as of next yr; when some poor soul who has been slaving for his dad for the past 20-odd yrs is still stuck where he was 10 yrs ago. favourtism? family-tism? i am the bosan-ism!

why stay u ask? becoz i not the laku amongst the employers lah! dunno wat or who they're looking for. out of 20 resumes sent out, only 1 or 2 will reply at the most. pathetic! and none will confirm. lagi pathetic! maybe if i were to change my name to suzie wong baru laku like hotcakes agaknya.
